Replace the existing Montroyal Boulevard Bridge over Mackay Creek with a new single span bridge. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to provide detailed bridge design for the project has closed and a preferred proponent is chosen. The work includes completing a detailed design for the replacement of this vehicle bridge, to be tendered in a future year. Detailed proposals are invited from multi-disciplinary consulting firms with expertise in structural, civil, geotechnical, and hydrotechnical engineering for the provision of design and construction services for the replacement of the Montroyal Bridge over Mackay Creek. The successful proponent will undertake concept design, detailed design, and provide support during tendering and construction. Further update in early 2027.
