Renovation of an educational facility in Henderson, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Henderson ISD is seeking proposals for the purchase, delivery and installation of the specified products. General Requirements Proposals shall be for the delivery and installation of new ovens and equipment. Proposal documents must include a Data Sheet listing specifications. Delivery of the proposal before the date and time set for the closing of proposal acceptance is the responsibility of the proposer. Selection Criteria Proposals will be evaluated on the price of product (40%), quality of product (20%), suitability of product for district purpose (20%) delivery and installation (15%) and vendor references (5%). Henderson ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or . All vendors will be notified of the contract award on April 16, 2026 Ovens at 4 Campuses - Delivery, Installation and Removal of Any Existing Equipment Payment will be district purchase order - invoices will be paid after submission upon approval of CFO. High School: Provide (2) Alto Shaam 7-20G Prodigi Pro Gas Combi or equal: The Prodigi Pro Combi Oven is designed to hold (7) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (16) 12" x 20" full-size steam table pans per cooking cavity. Oven to come standard with Wi-Fi enabled controls and capable of steam/convection/combi cooking with programmable cool-down. SafeVent steam venting to be provided with every oven to help remove excess steam inside the cooking cavity to reduce steam rollout when door is open. Door to be constructed with triple-pane glass and to have door handle with built-in LED illumination for visual alarm indication. Unit to have a zero clearance design for space savings under the vent hood. A retractable spray hose and removable probe provided for all ovens. All units to have stainless steel construction and provided with adjustable stainless steel legs. Self cleaning feature to have (5) cleaning levels and to be standard for all ovens.
