Renovation of a mixed-use development in Henderson, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
As of 12/9/2025, no bids were received. Project is canceled for now The project basically consists of the following: Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for installation of a camera security system including 3 IP cameras, on-site equipment for a minimum 30 day memory storage, and internet-based application for remote monitoring by HEDCO personnel. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the Henderson Economic Development Corporation. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder or bidders will be required to furnish proof of general and statutory worker's compensation insurance. Henderson Economic Development Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by Henderson Economic Development Corporation for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
