The project basically consists of the following: Furnish all labor, materials, plants, and equipment necessary for installation of decorative shrubs, flowers, plants, and trees at three (3) new park signs that will be installed at Henderson Innovation Park including but not limited to soil preparation, bedding, mulch, plants, shrubs, trees, and fertilizer. All landscaping will be confined within a specified brick border bed (installed by others) around each sign. Irrigation (installed by others) will also be provided at each brick border bed to sustain the life of the new landscaping. Henderson Innovation Park -Business Park Signs Landscaping Project. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder or bidders will be required to furnish proof of general and statutory worker's compensation insurance. Henderson Economic Development Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by Henderson Economic Development Corporation for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
