Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Henderson, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,050-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Three bay fire station to include, but not limited to, office areas, kitchen area, bathrooms with walk in shower, storage area, paving, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, necessary dirt work, flooring, cabinets, fixtures as needed, etc. Approximately 7050 SF under roof & 12,460 SF concrete including driveways. All General Contractors will be required to provide proof of insurance (current Certificate of Insurance with at least $1,000,000.00 in liability coverage) and bonding. All General Contractors will be fully responsible for all insurance requirements for sub-contractors and the enforcement of said insurance.
