This is a competitive process aimed at serving the best interests of the Albany County Land Bank Corporation and ensuring qualified contractors have a fair opportunity to be considered. All proposals must address the requirements specified and will be treated as confidential, reviewed only by the Land Bank. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) contracting goals are set at 20%, and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) goals are set at 10%.
