The acquisition involves two complete EV Charging Station Test Systems for measuring the accuracy of commercial EV charging stations in New York. The systems must measure voltage, current, and power output for both AC and DC charging stations and be compatible with major equipment types including Tesla, ChargePoint, Electrify America, EVgo, Blink Charging, EV Connect, Volta, and BP Pulse. Systems must comply with industry standards such as SAE J1772, ISO 15118, CHAdeMO, CCS, and NACS Tesla, and must be NIST traceable. They should test within defined parameters (e.g., CCS1 AC up to 80A/240V, CCS1 DC up to 650A/1000V, Tesla AC up to 80A/240V, Tesla DC up to 650A/1000V). Systems must include all necessary hardware and software, allow data export, and support specific environmental and use conditions. Optional features include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS. Bidders must provide two annual NIST traceable calibrations and include a two-year warranty covering maintenance and support. Written operation materials and at least two on-site instruction sessions for Department personnel are required. Lead time for delivery must be under eight weeks from contract execution. If defects are found, replacements must be provided within 10 business days at no cost to the State. Bidders must meet all requirements and provide all necessary literature and documentation upon request.
