Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of the installation of a pre-fabricated restroom at the West Albany Memorial Park DB359. Bids must be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope marked with the project title and the bidder's name and address. Submissions must include all completed pages marked 'TO BE SUBMITTED' and other required documents, and, if applicable, bid security. Each proposal must be accompanied by either a certified check or a bond in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. At contract execution, the successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance, 100% Labor, and 100% Materials Bond. Within seven days of acceptance, the successful bidder must provide insurance and security as required by the contract in a form acceptable to the Town. The Town of Colonie reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids submitted.
