The project consists of construction work in Sedgwick County, Kansas, specifically known as Sedgwick County Project Oliver Street Traffic Signal Improvements to Serve Spirit Aerosystems (R385). The work includes driveway pavement, traffic signal, and pavement marking. Bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with a Surety licensed in Kansas and acceptable to the County Clerk in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the proposal. Contract Documents are available electronically and may be viewed at designated County offices. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities. Physical bid responses must be sealed and include the firm’s name and address, RFB number, and the Bid Opening date on the envelope, containing one original and one copy of the bid document, or may be submitted via email with proper identification in the subject line. Each bid must be submitted separately if bidding on multiple projects. Late responses will not be accepted.
