The work consists of construction in Sedgwick County, Kansas, known as Sedgwick County Project 636-18-3680: W. 71st Street South Over Spring Creek (B511). The project is approximately 0.085 miles and includes the following: Bridge (S.B.M.S.), Grading, Surfacing (Asphalt), Seeding, and Pavement Marking. Bidders are required to submit sealed physical responses marked with the firm's name and address, RFB number, and Bid Opening date, containing one original and one copy of the bid document including any supplementary materials. Alternatively, responses may be submitted via email with the RFB number in the subject line, and each project bid must be in a separate email. All bids must be received prior to the listed deadline to be considered responsive. Bids must include a certified or cashier's check or bid bond from a Surety licensed in Kansas for at least 5% of the proposal, payable to the County Clerk of Sedgwick County.
