Leyendecker Construction of Texas, Inc., as construction manager at risk for the Webb County Fairgrounds Project Phase II, will receive bids on the following packages: drilled piers, reinforcing steel, form and finish concrete foundations complete (including forming, placement of reinforcing steel, concrete placement and finish), pre-engineered metal building systems (three each), complete erection of pre-engineered metal building systems, and pre-engineered metal building insulation. Bidders may obtain construction documents via electronic files by contacting the purchasing department. Bids may be delivered to Leyendecker Construction of Texas, Inc. at the specified address, emailed, or faxed on or before 3:00 p.m. on the specified date. Bidders must comply with requirements set forth in construction documents including specifications, drawings, and all addendums.
