Electronic bids are requested for Roof Renewal FY23-24 at The Ohio State University, Columbus, Franklin. Bids are to be prepared in compliance with Contract Documents. Access to the project and bid submission requires registration at the indicated electronic bidding service. Bidders must create and enable a digital ID, a process that may take up to five business days. Substitution requests for products, equipment, or services must be submitted to the Architect/Engineer no later than 10 days before the bid opening. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply. The project is subject to the State of Ohio's Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) Business Development Program, with a 5.0 percent participation goal.
