Miami Shores Village is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the NE 93rd Street and North Bayshore Drive Stormwater Pump Station Hardening Project. The scope of work includes hardening the existing stormwater pump station and collection system along North Bayshore Drive between NE 91st Street and NE 93rd Street to protect critical assets from flood damage caused by extreme flooding and storm surges. Bids must be signed, sealed, and delivered to the Office of the Village Clerk, Miami Shores Village, clearly marked with the project name and ITB number. Bidders shall submit one original and one copy of the submission in a sealed package, with all copies on 8 1/2" x 11" plain white paper, typed, and signed by an authorized representative. One original copy must also be included on USB electronic media in printable Adobe or Microsoft Word format. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Treasurer's Check or Bank Draft, or other acceptable form of security not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid must be included. Bids may be withdrawn until the date and time set for submission. Facsimile or emailed bids will not be accepted. Late submittals will be returned. Bids shall remain in force for ninety (90) days after opening. Miami Shores Village reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, waive irregularities, solicit and re-advertise for bids, and make awards in the best interest of the Village.
