The contract is for the supply and installation of deer fencing at the NH State Nursery. The bidder is required to provide the specified products and complete all work within an agreed upon timeframe, as outlined in the scope of work and offer sections. The bid must be filled out completely, with all pricing and vendor contact information completed as instructed. A signed and notarized submission is required. Bids must be submitted on the provided form or an exact copy, typed or clearly printed in ink, and must be received by the specified due date. Any questions must be submitted in writing to the designated bid contact and no other state personnel. All submissions must remain valid for 180 days. Vendors must check for addenda prior to submission. All aspects of the contract, including terms and conditions, must be accepted as stated. The contract will be awarded to the lowest total cost bidder meeting all criteria, with the state reserving the right to reject bids or modify the scope. The successful vendor must not require additional documents outside those provided. No costs incurred prior to contract issuance will be reimbursed.
