The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services to replace the baseball and softball scoreboards at Lincoln High School. Bids must be submitted electronically and comply fully with all bid package documents, including terms, conditions, plans, specifications, and drawings. Each bid must include a satisfactory bid security equaling ten percent of the bid value. Bids shall remain valid for ninety days after electronic opening. The bidder is required to meet a minimum Disabled Veteran Business participation percentage of at least three percent. Prevailing wages apply for all work performed on this project. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid or awarded a contract unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Replacement of two existing scoreboards, including demolition and construction of new concrete footings. Existing electrical and data connections will be protected in place and re-used for the new scoreboards. Project Location: 4777 Imperial Ave., San Diego, CA 92113 The project estimate is between $175,000.00 and $210,000.00, inclusive of allowances. Pre-qualification requirements: All prime contractors must be prequalified through the District for projects estimated under $1 million. Acceptable licenses include California State Contractors License classification A, or other appropriate licenses subject to District approval.
