The project includes reconstruction of the frontage along the east side of Division Avenue, from Superior St to Pine St in Sandpoint, Idaho. The work generally includes asphalt and concrete removal, construction of new sidewalk, new planter strip, new curb & gutter, and driveway replacement, and related items of work. Question Deadline 04/13/2026 Bidders may only contact, in writing, the City of Sandpoint's Grants, Contracts & Procurement Manager, Heather Faircloth, with any questions at solicitations@sandpointidaho.gov. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda. The deadline for bidder questions is three days prior to Bid Opening
