The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Long Beach Healthcare System requires a firm fixed price delivery order for two (2) 30-inch solid stainless door right hinge refrigerators with bottom freezer in a stainless steel finish and stainless steel hardware (TRUE RESIDENTIAL, Part Number TR30RBFRSSA), and two (2) 14" braided stainless water lines (TRUE RESIDENTIAL, Part Number REFRIGWATERLINE). All supplies shall be delivered to the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. Shipping must be included in the cost. The items being acquired are 'Brand Name or Equal.' For 'equal' items, a description of salient characteristics is outlined, and items not conforming to FAR Clause 52.211-6 will be deemed non-responsive. No remanufactured or gray market items are acceptable. The vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller with verification from the OEM. The contractor must adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations during the contract term.
