Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hudson, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project has been Rebid The work consists of sidewalk replacement, sandstone sidewalk removal and replacement, handicap ramp installation, and curb replacement at various locations. Work will also include the removal of an existing concrete slab and replacement with a new concrete slab with a stamped brick border at the Citys Gazebo located on the NE Green near SR 303 and SR 91 in Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with provided specifications. Bids must be submitted through the Bid Express website. All bid forms, contract documents, and plans are available on that site. A $50 fee per solicitation or a $60 monthly subscription applies to bid electronically. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full bid amount or a certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit for 10% of the bid, payable to the City of Hudson. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 Questions submitted to Engineer Bradley S. Kosco A pre-award conference may be held at City Hall, 1140 Terex Road, Hudson, Ohio 44236 or other designated location. Time and date will be determined by the City before a Notice of Award is issued. Representatives of OWNER, ENGINEER and CONTRACTOR shall be present to discuss the Project.
