Reference Number NB-3706030-26 The New Brunswick Housing Corporation (NBHC) is looking to establish a Service Contract for the preventative maintenance of elevators, lifts and associated equipment in public housing projects. The work under this contract includes all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide service and preventative maintenance of elevators, lifts, and associated equipment for all properties listed in Appendix I that is owned and managed by the NBHC. The contract shall be for a two (2) year period, commencing upon award, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon written agreement of both parties. NBHC reserves the right to cancel the contract by region or in its entirety at any time, with thirty (30) days advance notice to the successful bidder. The NBHC shall not be subject to any penalties or costs associated with contract cancellation.
