CONTRACT 26-0141 involves drainage improvements at various locations within Charlotte, Queens, and Saint John counties. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond of $190,000.00. Bids must be submitted electronically by email to highwaysprocurement@snb.ca; paper bids are not accepted. All bids must be properly signed by an authorized person, legible, completed, and contain the correct solicitation number. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely receipt of the entire submission, including attachments. Bids must be in Canadian funds and exclude sales taxes. All tenders must be DDP (delivery duty paid) as per Incoterms 2020, with the seller bearing all costs and risks until delivery. The procurement is subject to the Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation. The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to waive minor non-compliance or to accept or reject any or all bids, at its sole discretion.
