Reference Number NB-UNB2026-12 The University of New Brunswick's Capital Planning & Operations Department invites you to submit bids for a Tunnel Top Replacement project on the Fredericton Campus. This criteria for this project are as detailed within the tender, specifications, and drawings. Supply all labour, materials, equipment, supervision for demolition and replacement of approximately 60 linear feet of reinforced concrete tunnel top beneath existing sidewalk; includes excavation, concrete demolition, formwork, reinforcement, cast in place concrete, waterproofing system, protection board, backfill, sidewalk reinstatement, landscaping restoration, removal and reinstallation of guard rail, replacement of one steel tunnel entrance door and frame with hardware, traffic and pedestrian protection, dust containment, protection of live utilities, and compliance with UNB tunnel entry procedures.
