STEP 2 Zundy Refresh and Zundy Elevator Modernization involves two projects at the existing Zundy Campus to prepare it to open on schedule. The Zundy Refresh project includes limited demolition and removal of equipment, refresh of painting, ceilings, lighting, and various miscellaneous items as indicated on the plans and contract documents. The Zundy Elevator project consists of full elevator modernization. Each project is turn-key, requiring all permits, materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work. It is the responsibility of the responding vendor/contractor to review all components of the bid requirements. Vendors must submit responses for both Step 1 (Qualifications) and Step 2 (Price, Base, and Alternate(s)) to be considered. Failure to submit for both steps prior to each deadline will result in disqualification. The Owner will select the proposal offering the best value based on published selection criteria and may negotiate contract terms with the highest ranked proposer or proceed to the next ranked proposer if an agreement is not reached.
