Information given in the Division 1 General Requirements shall supplement information given in the General and Supplementary Conditions. The most stringent provision in the General Conditions, General Requirements, Contract Drawings, and Specifications shall govern the execution of any work or requirement. No direct contact with the Owner or Architect is allowed Prebid RFI's are due by end of day, April 10th, 2026. To obtain any addenda and updates, you must contact the Construction Manager directly. Proposals are requested for all work categories as described in the Project Manual for Okemos Public Schools - 2022 Bond Program, Bid Package No. 5 - 2026 High School Athletics. Proposals must be submitted online through BuildingConnected by the specified deadline. All required proposal documents, including the trade contractor proposal form, bid security, and affidavits, must be completed in full and included as attachments to the submitted bid. All contractors must be bondable and include on the bid form the cost for furnishing a Co-Obligee Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee Performance Bond. Contractors are also required to complete the qualification process by submitting a Qualification Statement and a complete audited or reviewed Financial Statement with Accountant's Report and Footnotes. Questions are to be directed only to the Construction Manager. All proposals submitted shall remain valid for sixty days after the bid date. The Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager reserve the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal that serves their best interest. Bidders must be available for post-bid interviews during the specified dates.
