Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a 11,639-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct the SCHRAM ROAD TRAIL - SECTION I for Sanitary and Improvement District 378, Sarpy County, Nebraska, according to the plans and specifications at the specified locations. The work includes constructing PCC curb ramps, installing detectable warning panels, constructing a 6-inch PCC multi-use trail, installing rolled erosion control (Type II with seeding - Type A), and installing permanent paint marking for a 24-inch white crosswalk (grooved). Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by E & A Consulting Group, Inc. and accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of not less than $5,000.00. The bidder awarded the contract will be required to enter into a written contract and provide a contract and maintenance bond for 100% of the contract price. No proposals may be withdrawn for sixty days after the bid opening. Proposals must be sealed, addressed to the "Clerk of Sanitary and Improvement District 378," marked with the project name and the bidder's information, and include bid security in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked accordingly. The responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid will be awarded the contract, subject to compliance with plans, specifications, and legal requirements. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
