All new HVAC and electrical systems ncluding special equipment for vehicle exhaust evacuation in the apparatus bays, a water softening system, and installation of a new Owner Provided generator are included. Sitework includes a new access drive, all new paving and walkways, site lighting, and updated stormwater control systems. Overall, the renovations and remodeling will expand the apparatus bays, incorporate contemporary firefighter health and safety features, improve overall energy efficiency, and add a designated fitness area to the existing structure. The interior will be redesigned to improve response capabilities and operational efficiency. Site access will also be redesigned to allow for better response and safer return by fire apparatus. An enclosure for the dumpsters to meet current City codes will also be constructed
