The work consists of the demolition and removal of a residential structure and accessory outbuilding located at 150 Spafford Landing Road, Spafford, NY, Tax Map ID 030.-20-06.0. The project includes demolition of a 1.5-story cottage (approximately 1,296 square feet) and one small detached outbuilding, debris removal, and site restoration. Sealed bids marked "Bid Demolition Project, 150 Spafford Landing Road" must be submitted to the specified address. All bids must comply with applicable requirements of the New York State Department of Labor and other applicable laws. The right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town is reserved. All questions regarding the project must be submitted to the Town Supervisor Laura Moran at ljmtownofspafford@gmail.com. Contractors are encouraged to visit the project site at 150 Spafford Landing Road prior to submitting proposals to verify site conditions.
