The project includes demolition of a 1.5-story cottage (approximately 1,296 square feet) and one small detached outbuilding, debris removal, and site restoration. Sealed bids marked "Bid Demolition Project, 150 Spafford Landing Road" must be submitted to the specified address. All bids must comply with applicable requirements of the New York State Department of Labor and other applicable laws.
