The contract has been divided into FOUR Schedules. Schedules 1 2, and 3 will replace existing culinary water facilities in residential neighborhoods. Schedule 4 includes Bid Items for use on projects which may develop during the contract period. All quantities and items in Schedule 4 are estimates only, and are not guaranteed to be used. A description of the work anticipated is included in Section 01 11 00, Summary of Work. The work to be performed generally consists of furnishing and installing specified culinary water main pipe, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, services, etc. The work also includes all testing and flushing of the new lines and abandoning the existing pipes. The estimated cost of the work of the Work is: $ 1,967,564.00 Replacement of existing culinary water facilities in residential neighborhoods.
