Eagle Mountain City is requesting qualifications and cost proposals from experienced aviation planning and engineering firms to conduct a comprehensive Airport Feasibility Study. The City is evaluating the development of a multi-use aviation facility that supports general aviation (GA), Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Advanced Air Mobility (AAM)/eVTOL operations, and potential defense and dual-use applications. The selected consultant will evaluate the feasibility of a new airport facility, identify and analyze potential sites, assess market demand and economic viability, develop a phased implementation strategy, ensure compatibility with military operations and regional airspace, and position Eagle Mountain as a leader in AAM and UAS innovation. Any bid/proposal received after the scheduled closing time will not be considered. Bids/proposals will be opened on or around the closing date and time, and results will be posted after evaluation. Vendors submitting a bid/proposal must include the name and email address of the contact person in the cover letter to receive notification of results. Bids/proposals will also be posted publicly. Once a vendor is chosen, all vendors will be notified and the chosen vendor must submit the required insurance, bonds, and other documentation with a signed contract.
