Renovation of a municipal facility in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids are being solicited for a multi-roof repair and replacement project at the following locations: Rowan Salisbury Utilities (1 Water Street), Cemetery Equipment Storage (1134 South Main Street), City Hall (215 South Main Street), Salisbury Civic Center (215 South MLK Blvd.), Water Plant (405 North Jackson Street), and Fleet Services (515-519 North Fulton Street). Sealed bids must be submitted to the City of Salisbury Public Works Department. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest if deemed in their best interest. Complete plans and specifications are available upon request from Wolf Trail Engineering. Prime bidders and major subcontractors may request these documents. **Documents are for viewing purposes ONLY. In order to be eligible to submit a bid, the prospective bidder must register and receive the bidding documents directly from the Engineer.**
