Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Newmarket, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work involves YRT bus stop concrete rehabilitation and installation at various locations in the Region of York. This includes site preparation, excavation, and installation of concrete transit pads, sidewalks, and sidewalk links. Electronic bid submissions are required through the Region's Bids and Tenders website. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Bids must include a digital Bid Bond of not less than 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount and a digital Undertaking to Bond from a recognized surety company authorized to do business in Ontario. Only bidders who meet the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) certification requirements, as stated in RFT Particulars (Appendix A), will be considered.
