Site work, paving, asbestos abatement and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saratoga, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for asbestos abatement for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Modernization of existing dormitory building and restroom/shower building, shade structure, amphitheater and various site work/ utility improvements associated with landscape improvements, new parking & fire apparatus turnaround. Work includes hazardous materials abatement, removal, and disposal as required to complete the Project. As security for its Bid, each bidder shall provide with its Bid form a bid bond issued by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the SCCOE, cash, or a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Santa Clara County Office of Education in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. This bid security shall be a guarantee that the Bidder shall, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the SCCOE for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100 % Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project. Question Deadline 04/21/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to the SCCOE. The SCCOE's reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received.
