In general, the work consists of removal of existing well pumps and controls (two wells), removal of a portion of existing water treatment equipment, and installation of new well pumps, pump accessories, controls, and water treatment equipment at two locations on the Old World Wisconsin Campus. All potential bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids on state construction projects with budgets over $100,000. Bids from non-certified contractors will be rejected. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that sealed bids are delivered to the indicated location or submitted via the eBuilder Bid Portal before the specified time for bid submission. Only PDF files will be accepted for electronic submissions. Bids may also be delivered by US Mail, third-party delivery, or hand delivery to the specified address. Third-party delivery is at the risk of the bidder.
