Addition to a municipal facility in Raceland, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Generator Addition at the Lafourche Council On Aging Office. Bids must be submitted in an envelope displaying the contractor's license number, or electronically with an authentic digital signature and the contractor's license number. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than five percent of the total bid amount. The successful bidder is required to provide a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount before contract issuance. All work must be completed within 270 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted using the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form provided in the bidding documents. Bid sheets will be issued only to contractors or subcontractors licensed in accordance with R.S. 37:2150 through 2173 of the Louisiana Legislature, with a valid license for ELECTRICAL or BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with law.
