City of Omaha is requesting bids from qualified companies for all work and/or goods set forth in the specifications for CI-2026-0051 (Signs Compartmentalized Body with 40’ Aerial Lift). Bidders must provide a bid bond from a surety company licensed in Nebraska and listed on the current edition of Circular 570 of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Acceptable substitutes for a bid bond are a certified check, an official bank check, a cashier's check drawn on a national or state-chartered bank, payable to City of Omaha, lawful money of the United States, or a United States Government Bond (negotiable). Letters of credit are not acceptable and will result in bid rejection. A copy of the bid bond or substitute must be uploaded in the Response Attachments section and the original document received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the bid closing date and time.
