The City of Parksville is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced CCTV inspection contractors to provide closed-circuit television inspection and reporting for the City's sanitary and storm sewer mains, including associated manholes. The contractor will be required to deliver National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) compliant reports and CCTV video files to support the City's asset management and renewal planning programs. Engineering coordination and technical review of deliverables will be provided separately by the City's engineering consultant. Submissions must be electronic, and bidders should allow sufficient time for upload and delivery. The City's budget limits for this program are $35,000 for each system.
