Site work for a mixed-use development in Parksville, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work involves the construction of pedestrian improvements in the City of Parksville, along Alberni Highway 4A, from Dunbar Way to Lee Avenue. The works include the construction of concrete curb and sidewalk, granular base, grading, common excavation, lock block retaining wall, storm sewer mains, storm manholes and catch basins, sandbag headwalls, watermain, stripping, rock lined ditching, swales, existing ditch infill, topsoil and hydroseeding, asphalt pavement restoration, pavement markings and signage, streetlights, junction boxes and conduits, RRFB traffic signals, cash allowances, and related improvements within the project area. Tender documents will be available in electronic (pdf) format at no charge from Koers & Associates Engineering Ltd. after 10:00 am on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Tenderers shall register at www.koers-eng.com for digital access to the Tender documents. Tenderers can register by clicking on the Contractor Sign-up link at the bottom of the homepage and following the prompts for registration information. Login information for access to the digital Tender documents will be emailed to tenderers upon receipt of the Tenderer registration. Tenderers must register with Koers & Associates Engineering Ltd. in order to receive any Addenda. Question Deadline 04/03/2026 at 4:30 PM PT
