The Deliverables for this project will be the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to complete and commission the Ultraviolet Disinfection Upgrades project in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. Training. l. Spare Parts. m. Maintenance under Warranty. 2. Process a. Demolition and disposal of existing UV reactors. b. Installation of Owner-supplied UV reactors. c. Commissioning of new UV reactors. 3. Electrical a. Demolition and disposal of existing UV reactor panels and all associated wiring. b. Existing MCC modifications. c. Install owner-supplied 600-480VAC transformer. d. Supply and install 480VAC distribution panel and associated wiring. e. Supply and install manual transfer switch and emergency source connection panel and associated wiring. f. Installation of Owner-supplied UV reactor panels g. Field wiring to UV reactor from UV reactor control panels per vendor drawings. h. Field wiring of power cabling from new 480VAC distribution panel to each UV reactor panel. i. Field wiring of control cabling from each UV reactor control panel to the plant UV area PLC control panel. j. Cable tray modifications and new cable tray installation. k.
