As per design drawings and specifications, the contractor will provide material and resources to complete rough grading of Abitibi Road, install deep utilities, and construct surface improvements within the Abitibi Road West Connection project limits. The Rough Grading includes: a. Embankment and compaction earthworks within the Abitibi Road West Connection project limits. Ditch grading to storm system inlet in the northwest section of the project limits. The Deep Utility Improvements include: b. All water, sanitary, and storm infrastructure within the Abitibi Road West Connection limits and as noted on the plans. c. Stormwater inlet piping to existing underground storm system on Kensington Lane West. The Surfacing Improvements include: 1. Subgrade preparation, granular base course and asphalt paving on Abitibi Road West. Project Complete Date: (i) Underground - July 31, 2026 (ii) Surface Works - August 15, 2026 Documents can be obtained from https://lethbridge.bidsandtenders.ca/ Question Deadline: Wed May 13, 2026 4:00:00 PM (MDT)
