The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents are available for examination at designated locations and may be obtained online. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must submit security with their bid, as specified in the Information for Bidders. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the opening.
