It is the intent to procure High School Track reconstruction services for Heritage High School and William Blount High School locations. Vendors are encouraged to register and submit responses through the online bidding system. Manual (hard copy) bids may also be submitted and must include all documentation requested in the online system, with the Bid Cover Form attached to the outside of the sealed envelope and any required license information included. Bid responses are not accepted via email or fax. Allow ample time to submit a response; no information may be submitted or modified beyond the response deadline. Vendors may submit questions via the online system, and it is the bidder's responsibility to access the system prior to submission for any addenda or answers to published questions and to bid accordingly. All vendor questions regarding this ITB are due in the Online Bidding System's Questions tab by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
