This solicitation is for the procurement of FAA L-862(L) Elevated Runway Edge, L-862E(L) Elevated Runway Threshold/End, and L-850C(L) In-Pavement Runway Edge High Intensity Runway Lights (HIRL) Light Emitting Diode (LED) with Infrared (IR) Lighting Fixtures as outlined in the attached Bid Form. This procurement will be for the runway fixtures, L-830 isolation transformers, and L-823 complete primary cable connector kits (Amerace Super54 Kit, super54 D4D4, or approved equal), and does not include labor, or installation services. All fixtures must comply with Current FAA Advisory Circular 150/5345-46, FAA Engineering Brief 67D, and/or any other applicable material or design standards. Any applicable taxes, fees, or additional expenses must be included in the provided Unit Price. No Bid may be withdrawn or altered after closing time for the receipt of Bids for a period of forty-five (45) consecutive calendar days. The Authority will notify all bidders once a responsive and responsible lowbidder has been determined.
