Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Burnsville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing of all labor and materials for the complete in-place construction and rehabilitation of Wells 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, and 16. Work includes: architectural repair (replacement of select doors, louvers, roof replacement, skylights, locking metal roof hatches, tuckpointing of exterior masonry); sitework repair (replacement of existing concrete sidewalk and pavement at select wells); building mechanical improvements (demolition and replacement of existing electrical unit heaters, electrical panels, exhaust fan, gas unit heater, and other miscellaneous HVAC equipment); electrical repair (interior and exterior lighting replacement, lighting controls, and control panels); chemical feed improvements (addition of emergency use chemical storage tanks, pumps, appurtenances, and feed ports for temporary bypass of the Water Treatment Plant at various wells); update and replacement of existing PLC panels. Only online electronic bids will be accepted through QuestCDN. Electronic bid bonds are accepted through Surety 2000 using project #10131905. Contractor and subcontractors must conform to the employment requirements set forth in the contract documents. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days.
