The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Renovation of a library Development. As of January 30, 2026, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. This project involves renovating the library interiors by replacing walls, ceilings, and finishes; installing new air handlers; cleaning existing ductwork; upgrading electrical panels and other building systems infrastructure. Renovations must occur without disrupting operations in the adjacent License Center, lobby, and core restrooms. Prevailing wages are required on this project.
