For the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: 20 EA L-Acoustics K3i Install Version 1 EA L-Acoustics; A Series A10i 2-way full range Passive WST line array element install version FOCUS 1 EA L-Acoustics; A Series A10i 2-way full range Passive WST line array element install version WIDE 4 EA L-Acoustics; X8; 2-way compact passive coaxial enclosure 3 EA L-Acoustics; LA7.16i US; install specific amplifier, 30A 2 EA L-Acoustics; Amplifier, 2RU, 4x 2600W/4 Ohms, ethernet network, XLR & AES/EBU 1 EA L-Acoustics; Digital audio processor and measurement AVB processor P1 US/li> 2 EA Netgear; AV Line M4250-26G4F-PoE+ 8 EA KS28-L-Acoustics; Subwoofer The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
