The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking qualified contractors to perform concrete repair services at three federal facilities in Montana. Work includes structural concrete repairs to stairways, sidewalks, ADA-compliant ramps, and building exteriors. At the James F. Battin Federal Courthouse in Billings, MT, the primary work is parking garage stairway repairs, including comprehensive damage assessment, repair of cracks, spalling, and chipped stair treads, rebar cleaning and replacement as needed, and surface leveling for smooth transitions. At the Bozeman USPS and Federal Building in Bozeman, MT, the primary work involves perimeter sidewalk and ADA ramp repairs, including a full exterior walkway assessment, concrete repair including truncated dome surfaces, root damage mitigation, and surface leveling and transitions. At the Mike Mansfield Federal Building in Butte, MT, the primary work is selective concrete patching, including removing deteriorated concrete to a sound base, rebar restoration or replacement with epoxy anchoring, bonding agent application and patching, and matching existing finishes. Across all sites, requirements include obtaining all necessary permits and licenses, performing thorough pre-work assessments, executing standard concrete repair procedures such as saw cutting, excavation, subgrade preparation, forming, reinforcement, finishing, and curing, ensuring smooth transitions and proper surface levels, and addressing any exposed or damaged reinforcing steel.
