Construction of approximately 1,200 linear feet of concrete sidewalk and three new curb ramps along Mount Hood Avenue. Work shall include, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances necessary to complete the Project as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The Owner is an equal opportunity employer.
