As of May 07, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 18th. The scope of work includes approximately 660 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main, 2 each 8-inch gate valves, 390 linear feet of 2-inch polyethylene service lateral, 8 each curb stop and box, 600 square yards of asphalt pavement restoration, 40 linear feet of 24-inch concrete curb and gutter replacement, 400 square feet of concrete sidewalk replacement, 100 square yards of restoration with topsoil, seed, fertilizer, and mulch, and 1 lump sum for traffic control. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility for 2026 is required on all bids and must be filed with the Director of Engineering and Development at least five calendar days before bid opening. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the Village of Menomonee Falls in an amount not less than five percent of the bid price as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract within ten days after the award of the contract.
