Site work for a water / sewer project in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a levee.
Approximate Quantities: Excavate and grade detention pond; clearing and grubbing; installation of 24" RCP through 30" RCP storm sewer (180 LF); installation of 3 storm inlet manholes; installation of 2 pond outlet structures with trash grates; removal of existing storm sewer (160 LF); asphalt pavement restoration (100 SY); concrete curb and gutter replacement (50 LF); concrete sidewalk replacement (75 SF); placement of topsoil, seed, fertilizer and erosion mat (4,200 SY); installation of split-rail cedar fence (620 LF). Bidders are required to submit proposals and ensure bid security in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the bid price. Contract documents, plans, and specifications are available for digital download for a fee. Each bidder must submit the bid security with the proposal as a guarantee to execute and file the proposed contract if awarded within ten days after the award of the contract. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility for 2026 is required on all bids. Proof of Responsibility forms must be filed with the Director of Engineering and Development at least five calendar days before the Bid Opening date.
