Water Main Improvements Contract 2026-1. Replace approximately 6,150 LF existing water main with new 12-inch cement lined DI water main on Lowell St. from Cutler Rd. to Chandler Circle, and abandon existing six-inch parallel mains on Reservation Road. Question Deadline 04/16/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Discrepancies, omissions or doubts as to the meaning of Specifications and drawings should be communicated at once to the Purchasing Agent for interpretation. This request for clarification must be made in writing, via email (theresa.peznola@andoverma.us) Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Project includes replacing approximately 6,150 linear feet of existing water main with new 12 inch cement lined ductile iron water main on Lowell Street from Cutler Road to Chandler Circle and on all of Chandler Circle, abandonment of existing obsolete 6-inch parallel mains on Reservation Road between Lowell Street and Cutler Road, and relocation of existing services and hydrants to be serviced from adjacent water mains in the Town of Andover, MA; complete restoration of public and private property to pre-construction conditions; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work.
